Mesa Bodrum Demirbükü Project, Mesa Mesken Mesken Sanayii A.Ş. In the employer, coarse + fine works are done. On the parcel; 50 Villa + 210 Residence + 1 Hotel + Sales Office (Restaurant), Villa blocks consist of a total of 50 units; A, B and C is 3 types and 1 indoor basement floor, 1 ground floor (water basman), 1 normal floor, consists of a total of oil. All of them are specially included in the pool. Residence blocks consist of a total of 66 units; D, E, F, G, H and J are 6 types, a total of 120 duplexes and 90 flats. 1 indoor basement, 1 ground floor (water basman), 2 normal floors, including a total of 4 floors. Hotel, social facility and restaurant buildings are located. In addition, there are 3 transformer buildings, 3 water tanks and treatment plants. A total of 46,400 m² reinforced concrete retaining curtain is located. In the project, there will be open parking areas for 3-4 vehicles for each housing.
