The TEMA Istanbul Project, which has a construction area of 821.432,87 m², was carried out under the joint employer of MESA - Artaş - Kantur & Akdaş. The TEMA Istanbul Project, which offers a brand new culture of life with its biggest themed entertainment park, commercial area, hotels, residence, social meeting and event areas, aims to bring together life and entertainment. The project has 3610 houses; The living spaces vary between 52 square meters and 141 square meters. Apartment types 1 room 1 living room, 2 room 1 living room, 3 room 1 living room and 4 room 1 living room. Social facilities of Halkalı TEMA İstanbul Houses include shopping areas, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball court, orchards, children's playgrounds, indoor parking, cafe, restaurant and walking paths. The reinforced concrete of 8 blocks in our commitment was completed with a conventional system mold of reinforced concrete of the parking lots with tunnel mold.
