Project Information:
The project, which has a construction area of approximately 1,500.000,00 m² in Başakşehir district of Istanbul, was built under the employer of Mesa - Nurol. Bahçeşehir Housing Project is one of the largest settlement projects in Turkey. On the European side of Istanbul, the TEM motorway connecting Turkey to Europe. Bahçeşehir's planning activities started in 1986 and Master Plan prepared a Turkish company with the contributions of two consultant European companies. The Master Plan is foreseen to be realized in a population of 90 thousand people, 20 thousand housing units and 5 stages. Between 1990 and 2001, Mesa -Nurol Bahçeşehir joint venture completed 6600 residences in the first two stages of the project and sold it. In 2005, Mesa-Nurol started a new project consisting of 850 residences and separate stages. The first 3 stages of 600 units were completed and sold in 2009. The 4th stage includes 182 apartments. The project, which consists of 2 blocks with 23 floors, has an area of 17,858 m².
