The project, which has a recreation area of 138 thousand, has 1774 residences, 141 villas and 56 commercial units. There are housing types from 1+1 to 4+1, while the villas are designed in 4+1 and 5+1 type. The areas of the houses in the project vary between 86 and 226 square meters. The project includes religious facilities, children's playgrounds, green areas, baths, sports complexes, indoor pool, swimming pool, health facilities, sauna, social areas, school and nursery. 71 villas are made in our commitment.
