Mesa Urla Kekliktepe Project, which continues to be built within 68.408 m² land area in Kekliktepe locality of Urla District of İzmir Province, Mesa Mesken Mesken Sanayii A.Ş. It was made under the employer. The project consists of 68 villas and social facilities. All of the structures are roof duplex. There are different types of options in the project; Gum Villas 11, Salkım Villas 5, Olive Villas 20, Beach Villas 10, Valley Villas 5, Soil Villa, 1, Sea Villas 13 and Aegean Villas will be 3. There are a total of 136 parking places for villas, 68 open and 68 closed. In the social facility; The closed area is 604 m², open terrace is 315 m² and the pool is 110 m². Green area size is 43.504 m². Building Project Conventional System is designed as reinforced concrete beam flooring. Employer: Mesa Mesken Sanayii A.Ş.
